About the Company

Our client is a well-established leader in the SalesTech and MarTech space, evolving from a specialised appointment-setting agency into a global ecosystem of sales acceleration services and products. Their mission is to redefine the lead generation landscape, helping B2B companies across industries and geographies — primarily the US (80%), with clients also in Europe and Australia — generate consistent pipelines and qualified appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting (calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach) to generate qualified sales meetings.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, tailoring messaging to different industries and ICPs.
  • Conduct 70–100 cold calls per day targeting the US market.
  • Track performance metrics (open rates, response rates, conversion rates) and optimize accordingly.
  • Use CRM and automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Reply.io, Expandi.io, Instantly, Calendly, Google Sheets, and Nooks.
  • Own campaign outcomes — take responsibility for achieving monthly appointment-setting KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach sequences and campaign strategies.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Appointment Setter in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales (70%+) with a strong record of cold calling and appointment setting.
  • Comfort with multi-campaign management (4–6 simultaneous projects).
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking and improving KPIs.
  • Advanced objection handling, gatekeeper bypassing, and closing skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

💡Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working in lead generation agencies or sales acceleration companies.
  • Familiarity with multiple industries (SaaS, MarTech, Professional Services, etc.).
  • Proven success in managing high-volume prospecting at scale.
