📐 About this role
As the Sales development manager, you’ll be responsible for building, scaling, and leading a team of high-performing SDRs. Your focus will be pipeline generation: driving outbound excellence, optimizing inbound conversion, and ensuring WRITER is engaging the right accounts and personas. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to refine strategy, implement best practices, and hit ambitious pipeline goals.
🦸🏻♀️ Your responsibilities
Lead & coach: hire, train, and develop a team of SDRs, ensuring they are consistently exceeding activity and pipeline generation targets.
Pipeline ceneration: own top-of-funnel performance metrics, including outbound outreach, meeting conversion, and opportunity creation.
Process optimization: define repeatable playbooks, cadences, and messaging frameworks for targeting enterprise buyers.
Enablement: partner with Sales enablement to provide continuous training around personas, industries, objection handling, and AI market trends.
Collaboration: work cross-functionally with Marketing, AE leadership, and RevOps to align on account targeting, lead routing, and reporting.
Performance management: track KPIs, provide regular coaching and feedback, and run weekly 1:1s and team meetings.
Culture: foster a team culture that is high-energy, collaborative, and driven by curiosity and excellence.
⭐️ Is this you?
3–5+ years of experience in sales development or inside sales, with at least 1–2 years managing an SDR/BDR team.
Proven success generating pipeline in enterprise B2B SaaS, ideally with complex sales cycles.
Strong leadership skills with a coaching-first mentality.
Data-driven mindset with experience using Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and related sales tech.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
