We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Content Program Manager to join our Sales Content Team within the Global Client Solutions organization, specifically supporting Agency, SMB and Reseller content development. This role is an exciting opportunity to support the execution of high-impact projects and initiatives that enable the sales organization. This person should have a strong sense of content formats and use cases, experience in building sales processes and proactively manage tasks. This person will work closely with the designers and copywriters on the Sales Content team, as well as cross functional partners, to bring sellable solutions to life through collateral.
What you’ll do:
Lead project meetings, manage milestones and deliverables across Sales Content projects, ensure deadlines are met, and proactively flag roadblocks / barriers that might hinder projects from launching on time.
Understand different content types and their use cases. Be able to identify and persuade cross functional partners to move forward with the most impactful content format based on objective.
Lead impactful story arcs in our content development. Be able to visualize the story we need to tell, and work closely with designers and copywriters to bring it to life.
Partner with Agency Enablement and SMB Enablement cross-functional team members to address these specific persona content needs and nuances.
Contribute to continuous innovation and improvement to optimize knowledge, behavior, and skills for high-performing sales teams.
Analyze and lead project reviews to improve and evolve from learnings, always be optimizing.
Experience with AI-supported content strategy is a plus.
What we’re looking for:
- 5-7 years of relevant content strategy and/or project management experience working at fast-paced / fast-growing organizations – tech or ad sales experience is a plus.
- A self-starter with a can-do attitude who is able to work in a complex, ambiguous environment.
- Incredible attention to detail and impeccable organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a challenging and fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
- Familiarity with tools and systems such as Google Workspace, project management tools (e.g. Asana, Coda, Smartsheets) and content management systems (e.g. Highspot, Seismic, Salesforce)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as advertising or equivalent experience

In-Office Requirement Statement
We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection. This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6-months and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
