Core Responsibilities

  • Leads cross-functional sales compensation strategy and execution projects, while ensuring appropriate collaboration with senior stakeholders and seamless implementation.
  • Supports the annual sales planning process in close collaboration with Workplace Solutions’ business planning efforts.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on sales compensation and demonstrates executive presence to effectively influence senior leaders and stakeholders in navigating complex compensation topics as they arise.
  • Manages the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of sales compensation reporting and analysis, working closely with sales leaders, sales executives, and data experts in project settings.
  • Supports sales compensation governance committee meetings and senior leadership communications, including the development of clear, effective presentations and memos.
  • Drives process automation and optimization by identifying manual inefficiencies and implementing technology solutions together with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related project issues.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services and function-specific experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
