The Sales Commissions Analyst supports the North Direct Field Sales team by accumulating and analyzing data for payroll, financial statements, reports, and tax preparation related to commissions. This analyst will have a proven ability to collaborate with the sales field team to address inquiries and resolve issues concerning income and compensation.
What you'll do:
Collects and analyzes weekly sales and commission calculations for payment to sales representatives
Works closely with Payroll team to ensure commission calculations and residuals are accurate and submitted on a timely schedule for weekly payroll processing
Provides ongoing support by researching and resolving sales compensation program calculation-related inquiries
Analyzes payment data to identify and resolve errors
Identifying discrepancies and resolving issues proactively
Ensuring compliance with compensation policies and procedures, including SOX compliance
Creates custom reports to provide sales reps with key insights to their compensation
Updates reports that track key metrics and trends in payment data
Retrieves and formats data at the request of sales representatives or management
Collaborates with other team members to complete tasks and meet deadlines
What we need from you:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Payroll or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3+ years experience in sales compensation administration or financial analysis.
Prior experience working in the payments industry and/or strong acumen with analyzing sales commission/incentive programs.
Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including advanced functions, pivot tables and formulas.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and financial acumen.
Ability to communicate confidently with leaders across all levels of an organization.
Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects, work quickly and adapt to change.
Ability to thrive in a constantly changing, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly articulate complex issues and formulate recommendations to a wide variety of audiences.

Salary Range: $54,000 - $80,000
Pay within this range varies by work location and on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We look forward to discussing your salary expectations and our full total rewards offerings throughout the interview process.
