The Sales & Business Development Representative will generate new business opportunities, manage lead qualification, and support sales strategies in the US market.
ThetaRay is looking for a Sales & Business Development Representative to join our US team.
As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role as we expand our business in US markets.
You will be leading all pipeline creation for this region, working closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to convert leads to opportunities, send out cold emails and phone calls to potential customers, follow-up, qualify and identify opportunities from marketing campaigns, and lead inbound/outbound efforts targeting accounts to feed the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities for the Sales team in the US.
- Conduct the lead qualification process before transferring the lead to the sales team (initial presentations, demo, etc.)
- Work closely with the sales and marketing department to manage the entire lead generation and qualification process.
- Research accounts prior to the first contact to understand the prospect's needs.
- Become a credible resource and develop trusted relationships with prospects.
- Work closely with Sales to identify and uncover opportunities at target accounts.
- Responsible for meeting BDR metrics and assigned goals.
- At least 2-3 years experience with SDR or BDR roles selling Sass solutions.
- Fluent in English - written and spoken
- Experienced with outbound reach and demonstrated performance in generating interest for potential prospects.
- Experience with B2B lead generation best practices- an advantage.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a high degree of drive, energy, and passion for sales.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and resources effectively.

- Salary range: $60,000-75,000 annual base salary + commission
