Supports branch managers and loan officers with daily branch operations, loan information collection, lead and loan-status tracking, customer communications, product discussions, shipment tracking, and problem resolution. Maintains knowledge of loan products and services while pursuing education toward a Loan Officer License. Promotes professional communication, organization, teamwork, and an exceptional customer experience.
Overview
The Sales Assistant assists the Branch Manager and Loan Officers with the day to day functioning of the branch.
Responsibilities- Works closely with the Loan Officers to ensure all of the appropriate information is taken for each individual loan.
- Ensures an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintains and analyzes all loan and lead information.
- Provides support to Loan Officers by answering phone calls, keeping track of loan statuses, tracking product shipments, and assists in resolving problems.
- Facilitates conversations about the products offered by the Money Store and to assist in determining which product would be best for each individual.
- Required to know all products and services offered.
- Works under general supervision applying diversified procedures and standards.
- Completes non-routine assignments that require a longer timeframe.
- Participates in educational opportunities from Loan Officers, Branch Managers and outside sources to become well-versed in the loan process in order to obtain a Loan Officer License.
- Maintains an open communication style and a professional working environment with coworkers.
- Able to communicate via the telephone, face to face and email.
- Supports diversity and is familiar with current laws and practices.
- Is results driven, works well with others, excels in project management, is organized, is professional and is unbiased.
