Sales Analyst, Specialist:

  • Strategizes directly with sales professionals and/or sales managers to inform and promote the sales strategy and growth objectives. Anticipates and identifies client needs. Analyzes prospect opportunities using complex quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Researches prospects and conducts market research and analysis of competitors. Demonstrates and develops an expert understanding of capital markets, asset management, and the financial services industry.
  • Interprets, analyzes, organizes, and presents sales data to senior leaders to enable informed decision making and optimize sales activities and growth objectives. Incorporates deep competitive intelligence of the industry and product lines to provide the most sophisticated and informed recommendations.
  • May partner with crew focused on RFP/RFI engagements to provide accurate and understandable sales data.
  • Provides guidance and analysis of the markets, territories, client needs and utilization, and prospect opportunities to develop and advance the strategic sales business plan.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

What it takes:

  • Five years related work experience. Two years of sales analysis experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
  • CFA, CIMA, or Graduate degree preferred.
  • This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC). These will be determined by Compliance based on role-specific duties.
