Required Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalen
Experience
- 2+ years in sales or customer service
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with computers and software applications
- Knowledge of office procedures, policies, and troubleshooting
Skills & Abilities
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask
- Sales skills like analysis, objection handling, pitching, and closing
- Customer complaint resolution while managing back-to-back calls
- Bilingual Spanish Required
Preferred Qualifications
- Confidentiality and problem-solving under pressure
- Knowledge of cable/telephony industry and services
- Familiarity with residential product detail
