Kyra is now entering its next phase of growth, expanding its technology platform built on a decade of proprietary data, enterprise relationships and deep category expertise. The platform enables brands and agencies to plan, execute and measure influencer marketing at scale. It is AI-native, subscription-based, and designed for organisations investing significantly in creator marketing.

This is a zero-to-one moment for a business that already has the customers, credibility and commercial foundation to succeed.

🎯 The Opportunity

As a US-based Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in expanding Kyra’s presence across diverse verticals. You’ll own the full sales cycle and help large-scale, sophisticated enterprise brands unlock the power of creator marketing through Kyra’s innovative solutions.

This is a highly strategic, consultative role for someone who understands how to navigate complex enterprise environments and pitch bold, creative, and performance-driven solutions.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and drive full-cycle sales: From prospecting to negotiation and close, you’ll lead enterprise-level conversations with national and global brands.

  • Build high-impact pipelines: Identify and pursue strategic opportunities in categories like fashion, luxury, beauty, tech, DTC, entertainment, CPG, and finance.

  • Tailor high-stakes proposals: Collaborate with Strategy, Product, and Campaigns teams to develop enterprise-ready proposals rooted in data, trends, and business outcomes.

  • Consultative selling: Uncover complex challenges across brand marketing, media, and growth teams—and position Kyra as the strategic solution.

  • Forecast and close: Own your revenue number, maintain accurate CRM records, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Trend-aware strategy: Stay plugged into broader digital, creator economy, and media industry trends that shape enterprise buying behavior.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Strategy and Paid team to build compelling influencer marketing proposals, with Product team to leverage data within your sell and showcase our tech, with our Client Solutions to drive client retention and growth

  • Thought leadership: Represent Kyra at industry events, on calls, and in strategic forums as a trusted advisor to major brands.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years experience in consultative or enterprise sales, ideally at an influencer marketing agency, influencer platform, or tech startup.

  • Proven success closing mid-to-large deals ($150k-500k+) with enterprise marketing teams.

  • Understanding of creator/influencer marketing and paid media.

  • Strategic thinker with commercial acumen—able to connect brand needs to creative and performance-driven solutions.

  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills—comfortable owning boardroom conversations.

  • Highly organized and accountable, with strong pipeline management habits (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).

  • A self-starter with a growth mindset and a bias toward action—especially in remote settings.

  • Collaborative and coachable—with a team-first mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-performance culture.
