It is a very exciting time of growth for Quisitive, and we are currently seeking a customer service-focused, experienced Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant, with a passion to drive process, consistency and communication in support of successful project delivery for our clients. This is a consultative, billable position measured on service satisfaction and utilization. 

This is a remote position, but we prefer candidates in the Central or Eastern Standard time zones.

What will my role entail?

As a Sage Intacct Consultant, you will provide support to our clients by successfully implementing Sage Intacct following a proven methodology.   This role will also handle any related ISV add-on software solutions that may include project requirements definition, application configuration, integration testing, end-user training and support.

Depending on the engagement, as a consultant you may:

  • Lead, implement, support and provide end-user training for Sage Intacct software, including the following modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Purchasing, Accounts Receivable and Order Entry, Projects, Time and Expense, Financial Reporting and other modules as required
  • Assist in pre-sales activities including preparing proposals, presenting and demonstrating Sage Intacct to clients and prospects
  • Assist in pre-implementation activities including business requirements planning (BRP)
  • Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct functionality and quarterly releases
  • Assist in managing the Support Desk when required to ensure that clients receive accurate and timely responses to their support requests
  • Assist in project documentation
  • Train end users on the Sage Intacct system
  • Strong reporting and dashboard development skills
  • Set up and configure third party integrations
  • Assist with data conversion
  • Any other reasonable consulting duties that may be requested or required
  • Ability to engage in multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality are met.

What's required to be successful in this role?

  • Minimum 3 years experience with Sage Intacct accounting software, leading implementations, and training end users. 
  • Experience implementing Sage Intacct’s core financial modules.
  • Sage Intacct certification is required
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ERP implementation principles, practices, and methodologies
  • A credible, professional presence and ability to develop productive prospect, customer, and team relationships at all levels of an organization
  • Strong desire to make a difference and be part of a team, but also the ability to work independently
  • Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Good problem solving, analytical, time management, and organizational skills

What would set me apart?

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting and/or extensive experience in an accounting role.
  • Experience with the Sage Intacct's Contracts module, and Global Consolidations is a plus
  • Experience with other ERP packages including MS Business Central, Microsoft SL or Microsoft GP
  • Previous consulting experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience implementing Sage Intacct for the non-profit industry
