How you will contribute
You will:
- Be a change partner and manage communication & stakeholder engagement for the S4/o9 implementation to build awareness, understanding and support for change
- Build and deliver change strategies and plans in partnership with business teams and 3rd party partners across multiple sites.
- Identify and assess change impacts on people, process and technologies
- Lead system, process and mindset changes with local leaders, SMEs, Key Users with KPIs defined and tracked to measure the success and adoption of change initiatives
- Support change capability in teams through coaching and partnership.
- Drive a mindset shift for successful ways of working, technology & process adoption.
- Build strong relationships and deliver impactful communications.
- Ensure end-to-end cross functional coordination for successful change, emphasizing holistic success across all functions
What you will bring

- Strong understanding of change management principles.
- Experience of managing and participating in large-scale business change initiatives.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence at all levels in the organization
- Strong network within the company and understanding of MEU and BU WoW
- Robust organizational and problem-solving skills, an ability to analyze data to assess change and an ability to facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentations skills
- Ability to handle ambiguity, pivot quickly, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Willingness to work cross functionally and collaborate with other teams
- A hands-on approach and a willingness to work both strategically and tactically to achieve project goals.

Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or significant experience in relevant positions.
Job specific requirements:
- Experience in change management is required.
- Prior experience in a market function is preferred.
