Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional strategy and execution for transformation engagements.
Develop AI adoption roadmaps aligned with customer priorities.
Redesign workflows with embedded AI for high-impact use cases.
Deliver targeted content and offers through 1:1 and 1:Many formats.
Guide change management using Kotter or ADKAR frameworks.
Track and report business outcomes (efficiency, growth, experience).
Advocate for product enhancements based on customer feedback.
Lead executive readouts and coordinate cross-functional action plans.
Maintain deep knowledge of Calix platform, GTM strategy, and industry trends.
Collaborate with consulting partners to optimize customer results.
Represent Calix at industry events.
Qualifications and Skills:
15+ years in consulting and program management.
Experience in telecommunications/broadband and adult learning.
Strong understanding of AI, data governance, and compliance.
Strategic thinker with tactical execution and stakeholder alignment.
Skilled in translating technical concepts into business language.
Effective communicator across all organizational levels.
Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and change leadership.
Strong project management and attention to detail.
Empathetic, proactive, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
Experience working with distributed teams.
Travel Expectation ~40%.
The base pay range for this position varies based on the geographic location. More information about the pay range specific to candidate location and other factors will be shared during the recruitment process. Individual pay is determined based on location of residence and multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
