Job Description

We are seeking an RSPO SCC auditor to join our team, as a crucial part of our sustainability efforts.

Responsibilities of the position include:

- Planning and conducting RSPO SCC audits for various organizations within the palm oil supply chain.
- Assessing compliance with RSPO SCC standards and identifying areas of non-compliance.
- Performing risk assessments and evaluating the effectiveness of internal control systems.
- Preparing comprehensive audit reports detailing findings and recommendations.
- Communicating audit results to clients.
- Staying updated on RSPO SCC requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity of the certification process.
- Managing multiple audit projects simultaneously and meeting strict deadlines.
- Traveling to various locations to conduct on-site audits.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Agriculture, or related fields.
- RSPO SCC Lead Auditor certification (required or preferred).
- ISO 9001 certification from an internationally accredited and recognized institution, such as PECB or IRCA.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing or a related area.
- Proven experience with RSPO SCC audits or similar sustainability certifications.
- Strong knowledge of auditing techniques and RSPO supply chain certification standards.
- Excellent risk assessment and data analysis skills.
- Outstanding report writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in time management and multi-project organization.
- Deep understanding of the sustainable palm oil industry and supply chain management.
- Familiarity with environmental and social sustainability practices.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently
