· Liaise with Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and suppliers to coordinate pilot runs and project communications.

· Partner with Mechanical and Testing teams to ensure requirements-based testing and complete DVPR documentation.

· Complete all required Product Creation Process (PCP) activities, documentation, and reporting in HPM.

· Utilize Visure, TeamCenter, CAD visualization, Confluence, Jira, and StarTeam for requirements tracking and documentation.

· Drive cost reduction and product improvement initiatives; recommend and implement quality improvements.

· Stay informed on competitor products, emerging technologies, and applicable industry standards.

· Partner with Customer Service, Distribution, and end customers to analyze and resolve field issues and warranty cases.

· Leverage field feedback to inform requirements and future roadmap.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree preferred in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering.

· 5–10 years of relevant engineering experience.

· Background in electronics, embedded systems, robotics, or mechatronics preferred; mechanical engineering acceptable with relevant application experience.
