Risk Success Manager

We are looking for a Success Manager who will be responsible for the overall satisfaction, health, product usage, and retention of our partners. The ideal candidate has direct, relevant experience managing numerous clients and building relationships with current partners. You work with existing partners to deliver product and performance features in turn providing predictable growth for their business.

What you will do everyday:

  • Foster and maintain long-term client relationships 
  • Coordinate conversations and meetings to drive adoption, performance, retention, upsells and ensure seamless resolution of escalated issues
  • Initiate, lead and manage preparation and execution of business reviews, including setting agendas, coordinating internal alignment and partnership, follow-ups, and holding leadership briefings
  • Keep customers informed of product roadmap and releases, and advise how new features are relevant to maximize product usage 
  • Own, thoroughly document, and communicate client health
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of customer’s business, the market and competition, monitor and communicate meaningful changes to leadership
  • Identify and forecast risk; create, maintain and manage mitigation strategies and clearly communicate needs from organization to fulfill mitigation plans
  • Identify growth opportunities through developing authentic relationships with customers, maintaining thorough knowledge of Storable products and capabilities, as well as the storage industry, and analyzing existing product usage and performance 

What you need to bring to the table:

  • 5+ years client-facing account experience in SaaS based platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Property and Casualty license, or the desire to obtain Property and Casualty license
  • Highly organized, detailed and proficient 
  • A critical thinker who demonstrates problem solving skills 
  • Strong communication skills:  written, verbal, presentation
  • Must be comfortable being directly responsible for a number of business metrics such as Net Portfolio Growth, Retention, Satisfaction
  • Adaptable to changing environments and processes
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and self-discipline to work effectively in a high-paced environment
