Job Description:

This role is responsible for working closely with teammates in EIT as well as model and process owners in the Lines of Business and Enterprise functions to obtain an understanding of portfolios and processes, including underlying data, flows, and controls so that appropriate models, testing, and monitoring. Key responsibilities include collaborating with key stakeholders across the Bank to identify risks and prioritize modeling and testing needs. Job expectations include documenting and analyzing modeling and testing requirements, sourcing and evaluating data required for modeling and testing, and designing and developing models and tests.

Responsibilities:

  • Documents models and tests in a manner that is clear, concise and repeatable

  • Uses programming skills and knowledge of software development lifecycle principles to write model and testing code

  • Executes models and tests

  • Provides reporting of model and test results

  • Communicates key modeling and testing insights to stakeholders across the Bank

Minimal Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degrees or above in fields including but not limited to: Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Process and Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Accounting, Business Administration (or equivalent work experience)

  • Demonstrated strong programming skills (e.g., Python), analytical and problem-solving, and digital fluency
