The Risk Intelligence Emerging Sales and Account Director leads a cohesive, high-performing regional organization across Sales and Account Management, setting clear expectations, building strong team culture, and aligning execution to business and regional objectives.

- Models adherence to LSEG sales and account management processes, promoting continuous improvement to drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and sales cycle efficiency.

- Works with peers to champion collaboration and deliver cross-business solution selling, maximizing opportunity value while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

- Demonstrates deep understanding of customer needs and regulatory drivers; connects clients to appropriate World-Check and EDD solutions, leveraging internal expertise and resources to support the sale and build customer confidence.

- Maintains strong command of regional pipeline, sales cycles, renewal schedules, and expansion opportunities; coaches teams on best practices for pipeline cleanliness, renewal discipline, and deal acceleration.

- Connects team objectives and activities to the broader LSEG Risk Intelligence strategy, elevating feedback from the region to improve organizational effectiveness and long-term growth.
 

Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in financial services or risk, compliance, or data-driven technology markets, with experience managing commercial teams strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated track record of consistently delivering or exceeding quota within a regional sales leadership or hybrid sales/account management role.

  • Experience leading teams across multiple countries.
