About the Role:

Work cross-functionally to support the continued development, implementation, and oversight of the organization's Risk BSA/AML Program. Report and assess risks with the help of tools and direction provided by management and will develop and analyze reports throughout the organization.

What You Will Do:

  • Critically evaluate exam and audit outcomes to contribute to remediation of items identified through exams and audits.
  • Design and effectively communicate requirements of remediation efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design and managing the implementation of risk management process for the organization including complex risk assessments involving analyzing risks and identifying, describing, and estimating the risks affecting the business and corporate initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver ongoing BSA/AML training programs to internal teams and external third parties.
  • Ensure internal and external adherence to BSA/AML policies and procedures, including Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Customer Identification Program (CIP).
  • Assist in the oversight of the risk management program. Ensure compliance with the risk management policies and facilitate ongoing independent risk assessments as needed.
  • Complete variance trend analysis and provide support and justification.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of the risk management policies and procedures as required.
  • Monitor, review, and develop risk reports in an appropriate way for different audiences.
  • Perform problem management, resolution, escalation of issues as necessary.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in designated Risk discipline.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Criminal Justice, or Finance or equivalent work experience.
  • CAMS certification preferred
  • Knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and at least eight years of related experience.
  • Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary range: $86,259.86 – $159,308.33

 
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
