·        Client and Advisor Service: Respond to routine inquiries, coordinate outstanding requirements and communicate case status to clients, advisors and internal partners within role authority.

·        Carrier and Third-Party Coordination: Work with carriers, underwriters, transfer companies and other providers to resolve requirements and support timely implementation.

·        Workflow and Records: Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline, electronic file and case-note information; ensure documentation is complete and readily available for review.

·        Policy Review Support: Assist with in-force policy data collection, annual reviews, premium tracking and identification of items requiring consultant attention.

·        Compliance and Controls: Follow licensing, privacy, documentation, suitability, escalation and operational requirements; promptly raise exceptions or concerns.

·        Team Capacity and Development: Provide flexible coverage across regions, contribute to process improvements and build technical knowledge through coaching, training and progressively complex assignments.

·        Other Duties: Performing other duties as assigned, adapting to new tasks or shifts in priorities as necessary to support your team's and the company's mission.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·        Documentation Accuracy: Preparing, reviewing and maintaining insurance and client documentation with close attention to detail.

·        Client Service: Communicating professionally, following through on commitments and resolving routine service needs.

·        Analytical Support: Gathering data, reviewing policy information and preparing organized materials for senior review.
