As our RIS Manager, you will ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of new processes and systems, manage projects aligned with organizational goals, and foster collaboration across various departments. Each day, you will conduct risk assessments and feasibility studies, acting as a liaison between administration, revenue cycle, and IT, leading the Revenue Integrity team. Additionally, you will prepare business cases and updates, developing and maintaining project plans, and continuously seeking ways to improve existing revenue cycle processes.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • ​Developing measures to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of new processes and systems, as well as ensuring the timeliness and quality of projects.  
  • ​Project management and support, assists in managing issues and accepts direction toward accomplishing the goals and objectives of the organization.  
  • ​ Collaborates with various departments to map existing processes, conduct readiness assessments, develop approaches to effectively implement change, identify necessary resources, and complete projects.  
  • ​Conducts risk assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies to make informed project recommendations and estimate return on investment. 
  • ​Serves as a liaison between administration, revenue cycle, and information technology departments; solicits feedback from key stakeholders to make informed decisions Leads Revenue Integrity team, works with executives as well as individuals from relevant departments to assess, plan, and implement projects Creates and delivers presentations as needed (e.g., building a business case, providing progress updates, demonstrating results). 
  • ​Develops and maintains project plans and project planning; recommends project direction Applies best practices to all projects to obtain optimal solution; identifies new ways that project team skills or tools may be applied to solve or improve existing processes/problems within the revenue cycle.

Qualifications:  ​​

  • 7 years in consulting or account management.
  • 2 years in a high-level healthcare provider role (e.g., VP at BPO, HCIT, or health system). 
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • ​Proficiency in Epic and Excel, including V-Lookups and pivot tables 
  • ​Project Management - Aligning projects with organizational goals. 
  • Analytical Skills - Conducting risk assessments and feasibility studies. 
  • Ability to problem solve, enhancing processes through analysis. 
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $61,357.00 - $110,424.03 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
