This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner across teams to deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences that solve real customer problems. If you’re an idea generator, a systems thinker, and a natural leader who loves turning complexity into clarity—this role is for you.

Drive Strategy & Innovation

  • Continuously improve and modernize course content, leveraging instructional design best practices and AI tools

  • Champion new ideas and processes that push content quality and efficiency to the next level

Own the Revision Process

  • Oversee project planning from kickoff to release, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and deadlines

  • Lead sprint planning, daily standups, and stakeholder meetings to keep work moving and teams aligned

  • Optimize workflows, document processes, and implement improvements for scalability and consistency

Ensure Quality & Compliance

  • Maintain high standards for content accuracy, engagement, and instructional effectiveness

  • Ensure all materials meet regulatory and compliance requirements where applicable

  • Monitor project metrics, timelines, and budgets to drive informed decision-making

Collaborate & Connect

  • Partner cross-functionally to solve challenges quickly and effectively

  • Engage with customers through site visits, events, and research to inform content improvements

Create opportunities for your team to connect with end users and deepen their understanding

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of proven leadership experience improving and modernizing digital courseware and curricula

  • Strong background in instructional design and eLearning tools (Articulate, DominKnow, etc.)

  • Experience working with LMS platforms

  • A strategic mindset with a bias toward action and execution

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational instincts

  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment

What Success Looks Like

  • Streamlined, scalable content development processes that improve efficiency and reduce costs

  • High-quality, engaging courses that consistently outperform previous versions

  • Clear communication and alignment across teams on priorities, timelines, and deliverables

  • A motivated, high-performing team that continues to grow and innovate
