As the Revenue Systems Administrator, you will own the administration, optimization, and ongoing development of our Go-To-Market (GTM) technology stack. HubSpot sits at the center of our revenue operations, and this role is critical to ensuring both the platform and its connected systems operate efficiently, scale effectively, and evolve alongside the business.
You will serve as a key partner to our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, supporting day-to-day system configuration, workflow automation, reporting, and data integrity across integrated tools. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable processes, solving operational challenges, and creating seamless experiences across the revenue organization.

- Work Hours: Full Time, Hours 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday (your local time)
Key Responsibilities
- Own the administration and ongoing optimization of HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, including user management, permissions, pipelines, properties, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and overall data hygiene.
- Design, build, and maintain workflows and automations that support lead routing, lifecycle progression, sales handoffs, operational notifications, and other core GTM processes.
- Develop and manage dashboards, reporting, and analytics that provide leadership and frontline teams with clear visibility into pipeline health, activity metrics, conversion performance, and revenue outcomes.
- Administer and support the broader revenue technology stack, including tools such as Apollo, PandaDoc, DialPad, Zoom, and other GTM platforms.
- Manage integrations between HubSpot and connected systems, ensuring reliable syncs, accurate field mappings, and clean, consistent data flow across platforms.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity through regular audits, deduplication efforts, and ongoing hygiene processes.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and operational improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and operational processes, while providing training and support to end users on new tools and changes.
Qualifications & Criteria
- 4+ years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot within a B2B environment, ideally in a dedicated systems administration or revenue operations role.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot, including building and managing complex workflows, custom properties, lifecycle automations, and advanced reporting capabilities. HubSpot certifications are a plus.
- Experience administering or supporting revenue technology tools such as Apollo, PandaDoc, DialPad, Zoom, and Zapier, or the ability to quickly become proficient with similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of data architecture and integrations across connected systems, including troubleshooting sync issues, field mappings, and automation failures.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage projects end-to-end, and deliver scalable solutions with minimal oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and system decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HubSpot Admin, Sales Hub, or related HubSpot certifications.
- Experience leveraging generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to improve operational efficiency, documentation, analysis, or workflow development.
- Familiarity with additional iPaaS and integration tools such as Workato, Tray.io, or similar automation platforms.
