The Revenue Strategy & Insights Manager is responsible for driving data-informed decision-making, developing strategic initiatives, and optimizing go-to-market (GTM) performance across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Strategy & Insights, this role focuses on analyzing key revenue metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting decision-making at all organizational levels.
In this hands-on role, you will manage analytics projects, create accurate revenue forecasts, and collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with company goals as an individual contributor. Your efforts will directly contribute to shaping and executing PandaDoc’s revenue strategy, enabling leadership to make informed decisions, enhance GTM efficiency, and achieve growth objectives.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product leadership to pinpoint risks and opportunities and propose strategic initiatives that align with revenue objectives.
- Be an expert in revenue performance metrics and support critical decision-making by analyzing and presenting key trends (e.g. ARR, NDR, churn, pipeline health, CAC, etc.) with a clear narrative/perspective.
- Partner with Revenue Enablement to define KPIs to track the success of GTM strategies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into revenue performance.
- Standardize reporting and analysis processes to ensure consistency across revenue teams.
- Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, FP&A, Finance, Strategy, or a related role, in a high-growth SaaS or subscription-based company; compensation experience is a plus.
- Solutions-oriented professional with a proven track record of analyzing complex data sets and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate elaborate data or processes into clear, concise insights.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel and high proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Thorough understanding of Salesforce workflows and reporting.
- Strong SQL or similar query languages; enjoys automating comprehensive tasks.

The annual OTE (base + bonus combined) salary range for this position is $145,000-180,000 based on skills and geographical location.
