The Opportunity

TakeUp is looking for a talented and customer-focused Revenue Strategist to join our team. In this individual contributor role, you will work closely with our customers to shape their revenue strategies, optimize performance, and drive growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in revenue management, especially within the hospitality industry, to make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

As a Revenue Strategist, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them unlock their full revenue potential. From guiding revenue philosophies to delivering actionable insights, you’ll play a key role in their success.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their go-to expert on revenue strategies.
  • Revenue Optimization: Provide tailored advice to help customers maximize revenue and profitability through data-driven strategies.
  • Data Analysis: Review and interpret customer performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Success & Growth: Drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion by proactively identifying opportunities to deepen product engagement and deliver measurable value.
  • Strategic Partnership & Advocacy: Lead regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions to align on goals, surface insights, and foster advocacy that drives long-term success.
  • Consultation & Strategy: Guide customers in refining their revenue philosophies and implementing best practices.
  • Education & Enablement: Empower customers with the tools and knowledge they need to sustain growth and success.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align on customer goals and ensure seamless delivery of services.


Who You Are


You are an analytical and strategic thinker with a passion for customer success and revenue growth. You thrive on problem-solving and have a track record of delivering value to clients.

  • Experience: 4+ years of revenue management experience, with a strong preference for hospitality expertise.
  • Customer-Centric: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
  • Revenue Management Expertise: Deep understanding of revenue optimization strategies and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Commercially Minded: Recognition that customer success and revenue growth go hand-in-hand, with comfort navigating conversations around adoption, value realization, and long-term partnership.
  • Outcome-Oriented: Focus on real-world impact—driving not just strategy, but results that support retention, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Trusted Advisor Mentality: Natural ability to balance strategic consultation with customer advocacy, making decisions that serve both the customer’s goals and the business’s long-term success.
  • Analytical Thinker: Skilled at interpreting data and using it to inform strategy and decision-making.
