Hi there!

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Strategy & Analytics Manager to play a pivotal role in generating insights and strategic recommendations that drive revenue growth for Zapier. As an expert in marketing, sales, and customer success data, you’ll leverage your analytical and industry knowledge to provide strategic recommendations to our GTM teams, build dashboards and frameworks to enable stakeholders to self-serve, and improve the reliability of our CRM data. This is a highly visible, collaborative, and cross-functional role—you’ll not only advise GTM and executive leaders on enterprise strategy through data-driven insights, but also work closely with partners across data, finance, and go-to-market teams to turn insights into actionable outcomes.

Revenue Operations at Zapier is a dynamic team responsible for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of go-to-market programs with technology, data, and process. We identify, implement, and manage GTM tooling, bridge data and system gaps, enable go-to-market teams, and deliver insights to inform strategic decision-making.

About You
  • You have 6+ years of experience in a Sales or Revenue Operations/Analyst role. You’ve worked at a B2B or SaaS company where you have experience in analytics and reporting, CRM setup and data architecture, and partnered closely with go-to-market stakeholders to improve performance. You’ve identified gaps or opportunities in the sales funnel and recommended solutions to improve them.

  • You love working with data. You have demonstrated the ability to analyze data to identify new opportunities and drive future decisions, while effectively weighing investment versus potential business outcome. You’ve helped to eliminate data silos that slow down execution and reporting. You are highly proficient in data analysis, modelling, and visualization. Your curiosity drives you to use data to uncover opportunities and understand the levers to pull to drive business results.

  • Problem-solving energizes you. You make work lighter for your teammates by finding easier and more efficient ways of doing things. You like diving into tracking challenges and identifying new opportunities to improve. You automate reporting as much as possible to stay focused on solving the problems that will have the biggest impact. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can break down complex problems into achievable goals.

  • You have ample technical skills. While you may not know how to code, you have an automation-first mindset and can navigate CRM and business intelligence tools and technologies with ease. You can communicate business needs to data science and engineering teams as well as technical tradeoffs to business stakeholders. If you have experience using AI to drive insights or automate reporting, that’s a huge plus.

  • You’re an outstanding communicator. You communicate successfully across teams, with both individual contributors and executives alike, and understand your key stakeholders deeply. You ask questions to uncover the goals and motivations of your colleagues. You’re able to use data to tell a clear story and create actionable recommendations for go-to-market teams.

Things You’ll Do

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to sales, customer success and marketing on new and existing GTM motions.

  • Monitor and analyze sales, customer success and marketing performance to offer strategic insights and action items to leadership.

  • Own territory planning and forecasting for our sales teams.

  • Forecast expected sales and success outcomes and work with FP&A to model the impact of new initiatives and strategies.

  • Design, help build, and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and analyses to enable stakeholders to self-serve data needs.

  • Collaborate with other operations functions to make consistent improvements to the CRM processes and data infrastructure to optimize for insights and data hygiene.

  • Contribute to the RevOps AI strategy by using AI to automate repeatable insights and drive efficiencies in analysis.

  • Being on a 12-person RevOps team yields opportunities to learn and partner on special projects — assist with special projects across marketing ops, customer success ops, sales ops, analytics, enablement and tooling.

How to Apply

At Zapier, we believe that diverse perspectives and experiences make us better, which is why we have a non-standard application process designed to promote inclusion and equity. We're looking for the best fit for each of our roles, regardless of the type of companies in your background, so we encourage you to apply even if your skills and experiences don’t exactly match the job description. All we ask is that you answer a few in-depth questions in our application that would typically be asked at the start of an interview process. This helps speed things up by letting us get to know you and your skillset a bit better right out of the gate. Please be sure to answer each question; the resume and CV fields are optional.

Education is not a requirement for our roles; however, if you receive an offer, you will need to include your most recent educational experience as part of our background check process.

After you apply, you are going to hear back from us—even if we don’t see an immediate fit with our team. In fact, throughout the process, we strive to never go more than seven days without letting you know the status of your application. We know we’ll make mistakes from time to time, so if you ever have questions about where you stand or about the process, just ask your recruiter!
