The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations. You will be supporting day-to-day operations of the Revenue Operations team. You will assist the Sales and Revenue teams in optimizing sales processes, managing sales data, and ensuring smooth operations to support revenue generation. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with dynamic sales teams, working with data, and wants hands-on experience in business operations and sales.

Location: This role requires a hybrid work schedule, with 2-3 days per week in our Soho, NY office to foster collaboration and teamwork. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Work with the Senior Director and the broader team on quarterly reporting, and templatization of these reports across revenue streams. 
  • Sales Operations Support: Support day-to-day operations of the sales team including CRM management, reporting, tracking sales performance, and client information 
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency. Recommend solutions to enhance sales productivity and reduce friction in the sales cycle. 
  • Develop internal and external presentations using powerpoint, canva or other tools. 
  • Develops reports, requiring data analysis and summarization of data from different sources. 
  • Support ad-hoc projects for the leadership team. 

 Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field 
  • 1+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, sales operations or a related role (internship experience considered) 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics (excellent Excel skills including creating pivot tables, formulas, and charts) 
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills 
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with senior stakeholders 
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Understanding of private markets, alternative investments is preferred 
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus 

For residents of New York, NY the annual salary range for this role $80,000 – $90,000 + annual bonus. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, bonus, and other factors.
