Manage internal revenue operations, pre-sales contract and deal desk processes, and light HubSpot administration. Administer Salesforce for client-facing projects, bridge HubSpot and Salesforce data, and support infrastructure project management and compliance certification efforts such as SOC 2 and ISO. The role requires adaptability, strong communication, proactive execution, and the ability to manage shifting priorities across systems and departments.
Summary of Role
We are seeking a versatile and highly adaptable RevOps and CRM Specialist to manage a multi-functional role supporting internal revenue operations, client services, and infrastructure projects. This position is designed for a proactive "utility player" who can navigate shifting weekly priorities across HubSpot and Salesforce while driving operational excellence and compliance.
Your Impact & What You'll Do
- Internal RevOps Mastery (60%): Own the pre-sales contract lifecycle and deal desk processing. Perform "light" administration for our HubSpot environment to keep the revenue engine running smoothly.
- Client CRM Administration (20-30%): Serve as a hands-on Salesforce (SFDC) Admin for client-facing projects, executing configuration tasks and supporting the broader SFDC practice.
- Infrastructure & Compliance (10-20%): Provide short-term project management for internal infrastructure teams and support the process for new compliance certifications (e.g., SOC2 or ISO) for a few hours per week.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Act as a proactive self-starter who clarifies requirements and quickly adds value across diverse internal and client-facing workstreams.
- System Synergy: Manage complex operational processes by bridging the gap between HubSpot data and Salesforce environments.
Why You'll Thrive at Execo
- Operational Versatility: You have a proven ability to manage shifting priorities across multiple systems and departments without losing attention to detail.
- CRM Proficiency: You are comfortable working in both HubSpot and Salesforce, with experience in CRM Administration, RevOps, or Deal Desk functions.
- Action-Oriented: You don't wait for instructions; you are a self-starter who drives results and seeks the clarification needed to keep projects moving.
- Clear Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for collaborating with internal leadership and external clients.
- Agile Learner: You possess the "proactive" DNA required to cross-train quickly and adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-growing global organization.
