The Revenue Operations Program Manager will drive cross-functional integration projects across our revenue technology stack. This role bridges business requirements and technical implementation, focusing on mid-complexity integration initiatives that enhance revenue processes without requiring deep platform development expertise.
Reporting to the Head of of Revenue Operations, you'll partner closely with Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development, synthesizing their diverse requirements into actionable Salesforce-rooted project plans. You’ll be in-the-weeds developing best-in-class solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You'll also closely collaborate with the technical Salesforce team and the RevOps Manager to share best practices as a project delivery SME, and to ensure alignment and quality execution on each initiative.
In this role you willProgram Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end integration projects connecting marketing automation, sales engagement, customer success platforms, and business intelligence tools to our core revenue systems
- Manage project scope, timelines, stakeholder expectations, and resource allocation for concurrent rev stack initiatives
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation roadmaps that technical teams can execute
- Establish project governance frameworks including status reporting, risk management, and change control processes
Cross-Functional Orchestration
- Coordinate between revenue teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), Rev Ops, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, design workshops, and user acceptance testing with business stakeholders
- Partner with the Lead GTM Engineer on technical handoffs for projects requiring custom development work
- Collaborate with the Sr. Salesforce Admin to ensure integrations align with platform best practices and data governance standards
Integration Strategy & Optimization
- Evaluate new technology requests and conduct vendor assessments to determine fit within the existing rev stack architecture
- Design integration workflows for tools such as marketing platforms (Pardot), sales engagement tools (MixMax, Rev.io, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo), CPQ solutions, and 3rd party data & analytics platforms (GovSpend)
- Document data flows, field mappings, and business logic for all integration touchpoints
- Identify opportunities to consolidate tools, streamline processes, and improve data quality across the revenue ecosystem
Stakeholder Management & Enablement
- Build strong relationships with revenue leaders to understand pain points and surface opportunities for process improvement
- Create training materials and enablement programs to drive adoption of new integrations and workflows
- Communicate project status, blockers, and milestones to executive stakeholders through clear, concise reporting
- Manage vendor relationships for integration-focused technologies and implementation partners

- 5+ years in program management, project management, business systems analysis, or revenue operations roles
- Proven track record delivering integration projects involving CRM, marketing automation, and go-to-market tools
- Strong understanding of revenue operations processes across lead-to-cash lifecycle
- Experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Solid understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and experience with various integration tools and APIs
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with competing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Salesforce Developer certification a plus
