Pacvue is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to partner and help scale our Revenue Operations function. In this high-impact, strategic-yet-very hands-on role, the Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end revenue engine—connecting Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success through integrated processes, a unified tech stack, and actionable insights.
This role will be the backbone of the full revenue operations framework, including lead and account lifecycle management, revenue attribution, CRM and marketing automation systems, and cross-functional analytics. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, analytical, and detail-oriented professional with 7+ years of experience in revenue or sales operations, and a proven ability to drive strategic alignment and operational efficiency across go-to-market teams.
This individual will collaborate closely with the GTM org to ensure that systems, data, and processes are designed to support scalable growth, seamless handoffs, and a connected customer journey.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue Operations Execution & Alignment Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success leaders to operationalize revenue goals. Map and manage the full lead and account lifecycle—from acquisition through expansion. Develop and maintain a tactical RevOps roadmap with clearly defined initiatives, owners, and success metrics.
- Project & Change Management Lead the execution of high-impact RevOps initiatives—such as setting up ABM programs, customer hand-offs, end to end renewal management, or redesigning pipeline stages. Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time delivery and adoption.
- Tech Stack Administration & Optimization Serve as the primary admin and power user of core GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, attribution tools, customer success platforms). Own system architecture, workflows, field mappings, user access, and ongoing integration management. Evaluate new tools and drive end-to-end implementation.
- Process Design & Workflow Automation Audit, build, and maintain scalable processes for lead routing, scoring, pipeline stage management, SLAs, campaign tracking, and post-sale workflows. Document SOPs and configure automation rules to eliminate manual work, reduce friction, and speed up execution.
- Data Hygiene & Compliance Regularly audit databases for accuracy, deduplicate records, and manage enrichment workflows using tools like ZoomInfo or Clearbit. Enforce standardized field usage and data entry across teams. Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and internal data handling policies.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into the full revenue funnel. Own recurring performance reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly) on MQL-to-win conversion, pipeline coverage, customer health metrics, campaign ROI, and more. Deliver proactive insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
