The Revenue Operations Manager owns the day-to-day running of our revenue operations cadences. This person keeps our go-to-market engine moving by supporting Acquisition, Payments, and Upsell motions, maintaining our sales tech stack, and delivering the recurring reports, data checks, and operational tasks that keep the team on track.
This is a hands-on role with a clear growth path. You will start by executing and owning core cadences, and over time grow into an operational partner for our front-line Sales Managers, helping them run their teams with better data, tighter processes, and faster answers.
This is an AI-native role. We expect you to use AI tools as a normal part of your daily work, and to keep finding ways to automate and improve how the team operates.
What you'll do:
Run the weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational cadences for the Revenue Operations team, including pipeline reviews, forecast prep, and quarter-end close activities.
Complete the end-of-month commission audits (see below) on schedule.
Prepare and distribute recurring reports and dashboards on time and with accurate data.
Track open items and follow-ups from cadence meetings, and make sure they are closed.
Reconcile commission calculations against closed deals, bookings, and payments in Salesforce, and investigate and resolve any differences.
Check that deals, discounts, and partner attribution follow plan terms and DOAs before payouts are finalized.
Work with Sales leaders, Finance, and Partner teams to correct errors, handle exceptions, and document the outcome.
Keep a clear audit trail and an SOP for the process, and treat all commission and compensation data as confidential.
Provide daily operational support to Sales and Account teams across new customer acquisition, payments, and upsell.
Process operational requests such as trial extensions, discount applications, account setups, and approvals in Salesforce, following Delegations of Authority (DOAs).
Keep accurate logs of discounts and approvals for audit compliance.
Monitor pipeline and opportunity health across each motion, and flag risks, gaps, and stalled deals to the team.
Handle routine administration of Salesforce and connected tools (such as Gong, RevenueHero, Clay and Lean Data): users, permissions, picklists, fields, validation rules, and simple workflows.
Run scheduled data uploads and updates until automation is in place.
Test new workflows, automations, and releases in sandbox before they go live (QA / UAT), and give clear feedback to the Ops leads who built them.
Triage and resolve user issues and system requests, and escalate larger changes to Ops leadership with context and a proposed solution.
Build and maintain Salesforce and Power BI reports and dashboards covering pipeline, bookings, renewals, upsell, and sales activity.
Pull ad-hoc data for Sales, Upsell, Payments and Finance and write first-draft analyses for review by Ops leaders.
Spot trends and anomalies, and explain what the numbers mean in plain language.
Audit and clean CRM data, including duplicate resolution, field cleanup, and picklist migrations.
Run quarterly CRM health checks to confirm accounts, contacts, and leads are aligned and correctly owned.
Check imports, uploads, and automations before they run to prevent data corruption.
Write and maintain clear, repeatable SOPs for every cadence and recurring task.
Follow documented processes and escalate exceptions and edge cases to Ops leads.
Suggest ways to cut manual work, and help roll out process changes to the sales team.
Use AI tools (such as Claude or similar assistants) to speed up reporting, analysis, data cleanup, documentation, and QA.
Build and share repeatable prompts, workflows, and lightweight automations that cut manual work for the team.
Check AI output for accuracy before it is used, especially for data, commissions, and customer-facing work, and follow company rules on data privacy and security.
Stay current on new AI capabilities, and recommend ways to apply them to our tech stack and processes.
Over time, become the go-to operations contact for front-line Sales Managers: preparing team-level performance views, supporting coaching and forecast conversations, and helping managers act on the data.
Take on more ownership of process improvements and small projects as you build trust and skill.
