The Role

Your mission

GotPhoto is looking for an enthusiastic Revenue Operations Manager to join our Revenue team in Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, or Virginia, and ensure our global Sales-Led Growth engine operates efficiently and our US sales workflows are optimized for enterprise-level growth.

Our business is growing and so is our team: we will have around 200 employees, distributed over 5 countries, by the end of 2025. As we grow and expand, we recognize the need for a dedicated Revenue Operations Manager to join our team and own the processes, systems, and data that power our revenue generation. You’ll collaborate with our revenue leaders (North America and EU GMs) and teams across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to improve data accuracy, sharpen forecasting, and accelerate the journey from lead to cash.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to revenue leaders, conducting market analysis, reviewing our Go-To-Market strategy, and supporting territory planning.

  • Map and optimize complete lead-to-close journey for US sales workflows, defining stage exit criteria, SLAs, and playbooks for SDRs, AEs, and CSMs

  • Serve as HubSpot Super-Admin managing objects, workflows, deal pipelines, integrations, and enforcing global governance standards

  • Build executive dashboards using HubSpot, Metabase, and Tableau using advanced MySQL queries, and collaborate with our Data Engineers

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure process alignment and data accuracy

We are looking for:
  • 3+ years of sales operations experience partnering with sales leadership

  • 3+ years hands-on HubSpot administration (objects, workflows, reporting)

  • Intermediate-to-advanced SQL proficiency

  • Documented success in redesigning sales processes and rolling them out globally

  • Proven ability to build funnel/cohort dashboards and translate into insights

  • Track record of shipping cross‑functional RevOps projects on time

    • Bonus: Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, Metabase, and HubSpot certifications
