So, what’s the role?

We are seeking a strategic Revenue Operations Manager to lead our AI-driven customer acquisition and optimization initiatives. This role will spearhead the development and scaling of AI voice agents, manage our transition from traditional SDR programs to AI-powered solutions, and drive lead remonetization strategies through our insurance agency, EIG. The ideal candidate will combine deep operational expertise with AI implementation experience and strong analytical leadership capabilities. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Service to design and implement data-driven strategies that optimize key parts of Kin’s acquisition funnel.

A day in the life could include:

  • Developing new A/B tests to improve engagement with Sales for a specific segment of leads

  • Deploy and optimize AI agents for handling customer inquiries across both Customer Service and Sales departments

  • Debriefing senior leadership on performance through writing narrative memos

  • Balance AI and human outbound lead qualification activities to maximize efficiency and results

  • Managing and coaching a team of analysts to support RevOps initiatives

  • Optimizing a lead remonetization funnel

I’ve got the skills… but do I have the necessary ones?

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, Operational Finance, or similar roles

  • Data-driven decision maker, and able to use data to inform creative solutions

  • Proven experience with AI implementation and writing AI prompts, preferably with voice agents or conversational AI

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working in a hypergrowth environment

  • Experience working with Sales organizations

  • Experience coordinating remote teams

  • Experience managing vendor relationships, both SaaS and BPO
