About the Role
Capchase is scaling loan origination volume and has an opportunity to be the largest lender in the space over the next 24mos. To reach this scale, we need a Revenue Operations Lead who can architect and manage the systems, processes, and analytics that power our GTM engine. This is a highly strategic, hands-on role—responsible for enabling our BD, AM, and marketing teams to operate with precision and for giving leadership the insights needed to manage performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process & System Design

    • Own the end-to-end GTM system architecture (CRM, marketing automation, reporting stack).

    • Standardize workflows for BD and AM teams (account assignment, partner tracking, opportunity management).

    • Ensure clean data and accurate attribution for origination and revenue.

  • Performance Management

    • Build dashboards for pipeline health, origination forecasts, and partner performance.

    • Establish leading indicators (account engagement, partner activation) and tie them to outcomes.

    • Partner with Finance to align reporting on bookings, revenue, and OPEX efficiency.

  • Enablement & Productivity

    • Equip GTM teams with tools and processes to increase efficiency.

    • Drive territory/account coverage models across OEMs, VARs, and MSPs.

    • Own all of GTM tooling

  • Strategic Projects

    • Lead annual GTM planning (capacity models, coverage, partner tiers).

    • Partner with executive leadership on board-level reporting and readouts

    • Identify and deploy AI across GTM

Competencies & Experience

  • 5–8+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or vendor finance.

  • Deep experience in CRM administration and pipeline forecasting (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).

  • Strong analytical & financial modelling skills: builds models tying origination → booked revenue → yield.

  • Comfort operating in lean, high-growth environments with named account GTM motions.

  • Experience supporting partner/channel marketing programs (MDF tracking, ROI reporting).
Excellent communicator — able to distill data into board-ready insights.

  • Highly structured operator, capable of balancing long-term systems building with immediate execution.

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
