This position will be based in Charlotte, NC. 


Summary of Role

As a Revenue Operations Director at Palmetto, you'll be a strategic leader responsible for driving channel development, success, and overall revenue growth, specifically of our HVAC and Low AOV product lines. You'll leverage your expertise in channel strategy, consumer acquisition, sales operations, partner relationships, technology, process, analytics and more to build and manage a thriving partner ecosystem that fuels our growth in the clean energy industry.

Contributing to digital channel activation, you'll spearhead the successful launch of new sales and marketing activities, ensuring smooth integration with our systems and processes. Additionally, you'll develop and implement digital channel solutions, tailoring our offerings and services to meet the unique needs and market focus of various partner segments.


Furthermore, you'll oversee day-to-day digital channel operations, ensuring efficient order processing, timely resolution of partner inquiries, and seamless collaboration across internal teams to support partner success. This includes optimizing digital channel sales operations by identifying and addressing inefficiencies in the sales cycle, ultimately streamlining conversion and accelerating partner revenue generation.


Strategic & Tactical

Driving Revenue Through Digital Marketing

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing campaigns with inside sales activities.
  • Analyze website traffic, lead generation data, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement within the digital sales funnel.
  • Develop and implement strategies to nurture leads generated through digital channels and convert them into qualified sales opportunities for the inside sales team.

Enabling a High-Performing Inside Sales Team

  • Develop and implement efficient sales processes and workflows for the inside sales team, leveraging technology and automation to maximize productivity.
  • Coach and mentor the inside sales team, providing ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for the inside sales team, and track performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Building Strong Partner Relationships

  • Develop and manage relationships with key partners within the digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with partners to create co-marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive lead generation for the inside sales team.
  • Analyze partner performance data to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and identify opportunities for growth.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Leverage data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, sales trends, and market opportunities.
  • Use data to inform strategic decisions regarding sales processes, marketing efforts, and partner relationships.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the inside sales channel.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Digital Strategy, sales channel management, RevOps or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful digital channel relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B2C sales cycle and digital channel ecosystem.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement operational improvements.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, coach, and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with CRM and other channel management software platforms.
