The Opportunity

As a Revenue Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and efficiency of our global Retail Media organization. You’ll contribute to the design and execution of operational processes that support revenue-generating teams, helping drive insights, streamline workflows, and implement scalable systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally across sales, ad operations, finance, and marketing, applying your analytical skills and business acumen to solve complex problems and contribute to building a world-class revenue engine.

What We Can Offer You

  • A unique opportunity to help build and scale a high-growth, global Retail Media business from the ground up.

  • You will be an instrumental part of choosing and implementing new technologies, defining how we work, and enabling our organization to thrive.

  • A dynamic and fast-paced environment where your work has immediate visibility and impact.

  • A chance to collaborate across departments and gain exposure to a wide range of sales, financial, and marketing operations processes.

  • Access to modern tools and platforms to support your growth in revenue operations and data analysis.

The Skills You Will Bring

  • Sales Operations Support: Partner with sales, marketing, ad operations, legal, and finance to support key operational processes across the lead-to-cash lifecycle, including deal tracking, pipeline hygiene, and campaign fulfillment support.

  • Data Reporting & Insights: Build and maintain reporting dashboards using tools like Salesforce, Excel, or BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Quicksight) to track key performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

  • Forecasting & Revenue Analysis: Support revenue forecasting and planning processes by validating data, preparing reports, and identifying trends that help inform business decisions.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities to improve operational workflows. Contribute to the development and documentation of standard operating procedures and best practices.

  • Technology Support: Assist with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of RevOps tools (CRM, marketing automation, and order management systems). Help evaluate and test new tools as needed.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Finance on billing readiness and campaign data accuracy, and with Product or Engineering on operational needs related to tool integrations or data pipelines.

  • Deal Desk Participation: Contribute to deal desk operations by reviewing pricing and packaging , validating contract data, and escalating issues for resolution.

  Achievements

  • 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related function, ideally within a Sell Side Advertising Operation ( retailer, publisher, or advertising technology environment).

  • Demonstrated experience working across sales and finance functions to support forecasting, reporting, and process alignment.

  • Proficient in Salesforce and other sales tech platforms; familiarity with order management and campaign tracking tools is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; comfort working with large data sets and summarizing findings clearly.

  • Effective communicator and collaborator; able to work independently but knows when to escalate or seek input.

  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and a need for continuous improvement.
