As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Lumos, you have massive opportunity to be the engine behind revenue growth, optimizing tools, data, and processes that help Lumos win more.
✨ Your Responsibilities- Own the Deal Desk process — partnering with Sales and Finance to guide deal structure, pricing strategy, and approvals.
- Build and maintain sales territories, quota models, and forecasting tools.
- Support sales strategy projects by analyzing pipeline trends and identifying process improvements.
- Deliver insights and dashboards that inform revenue performance and leadership decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy across CRM and related GTM systems.
- 4+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations role
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS organization, ideally supporting enterprise or larger mid-market deals
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, comfortable building and troubleshooting models
- Experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools (experience managing quoting workflows a plus) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving them to completion.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communicator, able to collaborate effectively across Sales, Finance, and Leadership teams.

💰Pay Range$110,000 - 160,000 Note that this range is a good faith estimate of likely pay for this role; upon hire, the pay may differ due to skill and/or level of experience.
