About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Revenue Operations Analyst to help us standardize, scale and improve how we manage our new business  teams at Attentive. This includes everything from partnering with Finance on forecasting and recruiting on hiring targets, to focusing the Sales  organization on the appropriate strategic initiatives to hit our goals while optimizing economics for the business, as well as setting aggressive but achievable goals at the team and individual level.

This person has a critical mix of being analytical, having strong project management skills, and experience solving complex and ambiguous problems under tight deadlines. 

You’ll report to the Director of Revenue Operations.

What You’ll Accomplish

  • Support quarterly goal-setting processes by providing data-driven recommendations that align with business targets
  • Analyze trends in sales performance and pipeline to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on strategic initiatives by delivering insights and helping track progress to key outcomes
  • Maintain and improve capacity models to ensure headcount planning and sales productivity are aligned with company goals
  • Execute cross-functional projects with a strong analytical foundation and clear stakeholder communication
  • Assist in the development of reporting and dashboards that improve visibility into team and individual performance

Your Expertise

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related analytical role
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills, experience with BI tools a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

For US based applicants:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $126,000 annually + equity + benefits
- Equity is a substantial part of the total compensation package
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
