The Revenue Operations Analyst ensures data integrity in sales and marketing systems, improves processes, and supports revenue generating teams effectively.

The Revenue Operations Analyst will report into the Manager of Revenue Operations and will drive revenue velocity by ensuring data integrity in sales and marketing systems, working with the revenue generating teams on quoting and deal management, and by driving forward a variety of improvements in systems and processes. This role is critical to BlueCat’s success. Administering our systems and processes from end-to-end will allow our Revenue generating teams to move quickly and improve revenue velocity. Doing so will require working closely with various areas of the business including, but not limited to, Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Learning and Enablement, and Professional Services.
Responsibilities:
• Prioritize and respond to incoming support requests from the revenue teams
• Ensure data integrity in Salesforce through active monitoring and regular communication with the sales team, including sales leadership
• Implement best practices with regards to data integrity, including performance database de-duping and cleanup procedures in addition to enforcing standards and procedures to ensure data quality
• Continuously work to improve usability of our Salesforce instance (including integrated modules like CPQ) and other tools (Captivate IQ, Export Compliance, Quip etc)
• Participate in cross-functional projects throughout the organizations
• Create and deliver enablement materials and programs for the revenue teams in conjunction with the Bluecat Learning team
• Provide day-to-day SFDC support to the global sales team, including demonstrating sales processes and answering SFDC related questions
