The Role: Revenue Operations Analyst - Global Partners

Working within the Revenue Operations team you will be responsible for all RevOps functions for our rapidly growing Partnerships team and take on geographic support for the AMER region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Partner Revenue Operations Processes and Policies.
  • Consult with the GVP of Partnerships and GVP of AMER on all RevOps aspects of their businesses.
  • Analyse historical data and build predictive models for future planning.
  • Analyse partner performance and identify areas to optimize Partner GTM strategy.
  • Support analysis on Inbound/Outbound pipeline strategies, conversion rates, average deal sizes, team performance, territory planning, and more
  • Support goal setting, measurement and reporting.
  • Support triaging of new inbound partner leads, ensuring alignment with broader partnership strategy.
  • Drive adoption and improvement of internal tools (CRM, PRM, partner portals).

About You

  • 2–4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or business operations (SaaS preferred)
  • Strong technical skills
    • Expert Level Excel / Google Sheets
    • Salesforce Reporting & Dashboarding (SFDC Admin level a plus)
    • Business Intelligence (Looker a plus)
    • Powerpoint / Slides
  • Analytical mindset with excellent communication and project management skills
  • Operational Experience supporting a Channel / Partner led organisation
