Sales Lead — Branded Micro-Drama Partnerships
Location: Remote (India) — Candidate must be based in Mumbai, Bengaluru, or Delhi/Gurgaon
 Employment Type: Full-time | Individual Contributor | Quota-Carrying
About the Role

We are building a dedicated branded micro-drama partnership business focused on selling brand-integrated short-form serialized drama formats to FMCG, D2C, and lifestyle brands.

This is a senior individual contributor sales role for someone who understands how to sell branded content as a narrative-led solution rather than a traditional media buy. The role involves managing end-to-end relationships with brand marketers and creative agencies, pitching micro-drama integrations from concept creation to commercial closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own monthly revenue targets across micro-drama integrations, branded series, and IP partnerships

  • Build and manage a strong network of brand and agency relationships from day one

  • Handle the complete sales cycle:
Outreach → Concept Pitch → Script & Integration Brief → Commercial Closure → Production Handover
  • Drive category narrative-building by educating marketers on the impact of micro-drama storytelling in terms of engagement, recall, and watch-time

  • Maintain forecast accuracy, CRM discipline, and pipeline hygiene

  • Focus on renewals and account expansion for long-term partnerships

RequirementsCandidate Requirements
  • 10–15 years of experience in branded content, content IP sales, integrated marketing solutions, or digital media sales

  • Proven track record of carrying and achieving annual revenue targets of ₹4.5 Cr+

  • Strong active relationships with brands and agencies across FMCG, D2C, beauty, healthcare, mom/baby, or lifestyle categories

  • Ability to secure client meetings within short turnaround timelines

  • Experience pitching long-form branded content, OTT integrations, web series, branded entertainment, micro-drama, or similar storytelling-led formats

  • Strong consultative selling ability with experience selling concepts/IPs instead of just media inventory

  • Strong commercial acumen in pricing IPs, structuring multi-quarter deals, and planning activation calendars

  • Ability to ramp up quickly with visible pipeline generation in Month 1 and revenue closures from Month 2

Preferred Experience
  • Existing relationships with short-form or micro-drama platforms

  • Experience collaborating with creative teams, scriptwriters, or production teams

  • Strong network within parenting, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brand ecosystems

Success Metrics (First 6 Months)
  • Month 1: 25+ active brand/agency conversations and 3–5 pitches in progress

  • Month 2: First revenue closure against quota

  • Month 3: Pipeline built at 3x quarterly quota and first long-term partnership signed

  • Month 6: Consistent quota achievement across two quarters with renewal opportunities in progress
