CLA is currently seeking a Revenue Insights Lead to join our growing Revenue Enablement team. This role is responsible for transforming revenue data into strategic insights that influence behavior change, drive operational excellence, and measure the impact of enablement programs. They connect data from pipeline, growth, client service, and finance to surface patterns, diagnose performance drivers, and build measurement systems that connect enablement efforts directly to revenue performance and growth.

About the role:

Essential Job Functions

  • End-to-End Revenue Insights & Analytics
    • Design full-funnel analytics that create line of sight from activity through lead, opportunity, and revenue recognition.
    • Develop dashboards and automated reports that highlight leading indicators of revenue health, partnering with Data Analytics where needed.
    • Partner with Data Science teams to apply advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and predictive methods to revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and growth performance analysis.
  • Enablement Measurement & Impact
    • Build and maintain an Enablement Success Metrics Framework, including adoption, behavior change, productivity, and outcomes.
    • Quantify the impact of coaching programs, onboarding, product training, growth enablement, and content utilization.
    • Track long-term trends in capability development and representative effectiveness.
  • Behavior Pattern Detection & Insights Activation
    • Identify systemic patterns in growth behaviors, pipeline hygiene, deal progression, and coaching practices.
    • Provide insights that inform targeted interventions, playbooks, and program adjustments.
    • Partner with Enablement to translate insights into training, coaching, and content strategies.
  • Data Quality, Integrity & Business Logic Stewardship
    • Partner with Data Governance team to ensure consistent definitions, logic structures, KPIs, and attribution models across systems related to revenue generation.
    • Work cross-functionally with Data Operations, Data Engineering, and IT to validate data flows and maintain data accuracy.
  • Strategic Partnership & Leadership Support
    • Serve as an analytical advisor to Growth, Client Delivery, Marketing, and Matrix Leadership.
    • Support Business Reviews, leadership reporting, and annual planning cycles.
    • Provide scenario modeling and insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Self-Service Analytics Enablement
    • Build dashboards, templates, and playbooks that enable leaders and growth team members to self-serve insights.
    • Develop training materials, documentation, and toolkits that promote data literacy and adoption.
    • Act as a liaison between highly technical data teams and non-technical revenue stakeholders.

What you will need:

  • 7 years of relevant experience required
  • Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Proficiency in end-to-end revenue analytics, forecasting, and performance measurement across the revenue lifecycle preferred
  • Deep understanding of data modeling, KPI standardization, and attribution methodologies at scale preferred
  • Proficiency in BI strategy, reporting standards, and self-service analytics enablement preferred
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and integrations across Dynamics CRM, Power BI, and financial systems preferred
