Revenue Enablement supports the global revenue organisation by building and deploying enablement adhering to four key tenets – enablement should be actionable, organic, scalable, and urgently valuable. We proactively support initiatives aligned to strategic pillars, valuing innovation and iteration over perfection. We partner with each business unit to prioritise and deploy work to support consistent execution.

The Revenue Enablement Program Manager operates at the intersection of sales optimisation, cross-functional alignment, and revenue growth. This role requires a unique blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and leadership capabilities to orchestrate complex enablement initiatives that directly impact organisational performance.

In this role, you will:

  • Own development, iteration, and strategic adaptation of an L1 Enablement Program on an ongoing basis

  • Partner with Geo VPs to implement localisations for success program delivery

  • Scope, build, and deliver ad hoc L2 Enablement Projects on a rotational basis

  • Provide focused coaching and support to front line leaders around L1 Programs

  • Deploy against product launches, inorganic growth activities, and market expansions depending on bandwidth, relative need, and skills

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Extensive experience in revenue enablement and operations, ideally within a SaaS environment

  • A proven track record in customer-facing roles within a SaaS organization

  • Strong familiarity with modern AI tools (e.g., Perplexity, Claude, Glean, ChatGPT/Copilot/Gemini) and the ability to articulate best practices for prompt engineering

  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams and developing highly agile programs

  • A history of designing and deploying coaching programs aligned with a sales methodology or qualification framework

  • A demonstrated ability to ideate, develop, launch, and manage enablement programs tied to strategic GTM initiatives

  • Hands-on experience procuring, implementing, and administering new sales technologies

  • Ownership of a revenue playbook, from creation to execution

Nice to have experience:

  • Experience as part of a small team in a large organisation – intrapreneurship highly valued!

  • Passion for blockchain as a transformative technology

  • Built and deployed a coaching program aligned to a sales methodology or qualification framework

  • Certifications: PMP, APMP, CSM, Revenue Architecture/Winning by Design/Challenger/et al, PROSCI
