MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Associate Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or other related field.

1. Assists WVUHS Revenue Cycle Leadership in defining and documenting the scope, goals and objectives of administrative projects including development of project parameters and at times project plans, including action steps, and resources.
2. Ensures that project plans are accurately captured and documented for monitoring and tracking of each initiative's progress.
3. Assists Revenue Cycle Leadership in assuring the designated system level projects are proceeding according to agreed upon timelines, meeting targets and expectations, and adhering to established operating parameters.
4. Coordinates activities involved in the preparation and distribution of correspondence to facilitate on-going communications and efficient operations for EIM Leadership.
5. Completes a wide range of tasks using Microsoft Office products such as letters, memoranda, policies, reports, notes, or drafts of dictation, in an accurate, neat and timely manner as assigned.
6. Compiles accurate statistical, financial or unit activity data for department as assigned. Performs calculations, formulates in final report form; as monitored by report review.
7. Maintains appropriate records and established filing system to ensure the expeditious retrieval so that Leadership can accomplish their responsibilities.
8. Schedules meetings, prepares monthly calendar or maintains appointment calendars, documenting times and contacting appropriate individuals, prioritizing as needed, and exercising judgment concerning importance and sensitivity of persons and issues, as observed by Leadership.
9. Schedules travel arrangements and coordinates related activities such as plane tickets, hotel, car rentals, etc.
10. Assists with projects as assigned by Leadership.
11. Manages multiple tasks simultaneously to support Leadership in both the ERC Divisions.
12. Serves as the Liaison to critical access sites, physician practice staff and small community hospitals regarding employee relations, community outreach opportunities, and reward and recognition of teams and staff both remote and onsite for ERC.

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong computer & organizational skills.
2. Experience in a high-level executive office setting
3. Ability to problem solve and make appropriate decisions
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
5. Knowledge of Microsoft Project
6. Knowledge of SharePoint Development

This position will report directly to AVP Patient Access supporting scheduling, preregistration, authorization, financial clearance, insurance verification, and onsite registration.
