Job Summary
The RCM Sales Consultant will drive growth within our healthcare provider portfolio. This role combines deep RCM expertise with consultative sales skills, helping clients solve operational challenges through Nextech’s solutions.

In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include
Essential Functions
- Act as the RCM Expert in Sales
- Demonstrate Nextech’s value across all revenue cycle stages: Front-end capture, coding/CDI, claims submission, denials management, A/R optimization, payment posting, analytics.
- Lead discovery sessions with healthcare executives to identify pain points and opportunities
- Advise on best products and solutions
- Translate complex workflows into clear, outcome-focused solution narratives
- This is a base salary plus commission role with monthly quotas
- Support Deals & Client Engagement
- Partner with Account Executives on mid-market and enterprise sales cycles
- Participate in demos, proposals, and executive presentations
- Validate ROI and performance impact during pricing discussions
- Provide Thought Leadership
- Share best practices, regulatory insights, and industry trends
- Offer feedback to product and leadership teams on market needs and competitive intelligence
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned based on business need
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years in healthcare RCM (operations, leadership, or advisory)
- Expertise across multiple RCM functions.
- Experience with physician practices, ASCs, or specialty providers.
- Strong understanding of payer dynamics.
- Ability to engage confidently with C-suite leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with consultative sales
- RCM consulting or healthcare SaaS experience.
- Familiarity with EHR/RCM platforms.
- Skilled in ROI modeling and RFP support.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
