 Revenue Cycle Lead


Contract | Remote | $50–$60/hour | Full-Time | 6+ Months

Overview:
The Revenue Cycle Lead will oversee operational improvements across patient access, billing, and reimbursement processes. You’ll work closely with internal analysts and the Executive Revenue Cycle Advisor to execute project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project workstreams related to the revenue cycle.

  • Guide HB and Cadence Analysts on configuration and testing activities.

  • Monitor progress of workflow improvements and issue resolution.

  • Act as liaison between client departments and advisory panel.

  • Identify and mitigate operational risks.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle roles.

  • Strong Epic knowledge, including workflow optimization.

  • Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
