As our first dedicated member of our Revenue Accounting team you will report directly to the Head of Finance and Operations and play the lead role in help design and implement scalable processes and share actionable insights to drive business performance, reconcile and manage our revenue streams.
You will work closely with our Head of Finance, Sales Organization and Product/Engineering organizations as we rapidly scale the number of employers and members on our platform and expand the breadth of our product and service offerings.
You will be detail orientated and a motivated self-starter who thrives working in a dynamic environment. In return we will offer you a challenging role in an exciting and fast-paced organization where you will have direct exposure to critical areas of our operations.
The role spans invoicing and payment operations, revenue recognition, advising and partnering with a variety of internal engineering groups to help them build and maintain efficient operational processes at scale.
Please note this a hybrid position with up to 3 days/week in our Austin office.
- Be accountable for invoicing, payment and revenue operations, managing day-to-day operations, and handling escalations.
- Effectively work cross-functionally across the organization, partnering with product and engineering as we enhance our internal operational processes to ensure scalability as business demands grow and evolve.
- Execute month-end close procedures, including account reconciliations and fluctuation analysis of our multiple revenue streams
- Work closely with key business partners on policies, processes and programs
- At least 5 years of revenue operations experience
- Experience in partnering with business and product teams, ideally with a hyper growth Company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience with financial systems and software: Familiarity with accounting software and data platforms
- Prior experience at a hyper growth technology company
