Your Impact
The Retail Facilities Support Analyst supports Retail Facilities, Construction, and Property Management business operations by coordinating technology projects, supporting business applications, and improving system-related processes. This role partners with business teams, IT, technology vendors, and end users to document requirements, support system changes, resolve application issues, and maintain effective technology procedures and training materials.
What You Will Do
- System Support & Issue Resolution: Provide day-to-day functional and technical support by troubleshooting issues, coordinating root cause analysis, and supporting timely resolution with internal teams and third-party vendors.
- System Implementation & Release Support: Support new system implementations, software releases, enhancements, configuration updates, data migration, regression testing, change management, and rollout activities across production, test, training, and development environments.
- Vendor Coordination: Establish and maintain working relationships with technology vendors, coordinate vendor activities across active projects, and assist with vendor support services.
- Technology Project Coordination: Schedule, coordinate, and organize IT-related projects, including planning, requirements gathering, design review, testing, user acceptance, and production deployment.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Support functional testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and production validation to ensure system changes meet documented requirements.
- System Documentation & Procedures: Document system functionality, interfaces, release notes, standard operating procedures, user guides, technology policies, and process documentation.
- Training & User Adoption: Assist with system training for end users, subject matter experts, business process owners, and new employees to support effective use of applications.
- Compliance: Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and IT audits, ensuring data integrity and information security.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Business, Management, Operations, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- Experience supporting business applications, technology platforms, system users, or related technical processes.
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve functional, configuration, or system-related issues.
- Experience coordinating tasks, timelines, meetings, documentation, testing activities, or implementation support.
- Ability to communicate clearly with business users, IT partners, technology vendors, and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills/Education
- 2+ years experience
- Experience documenting business needs, process flows, user guides, release notes, standard operating procedures, or training materials.
- Experience with work order management, building management, lease management, construction project management, or related operational systems -ServiceChannel/Lucernex.
