Rôles et responsabilités

Qualifications requises

  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit)

  • Diplôme Universitaire ou équivalent (ou diplôme de fin d'études secondaires / GED avec au moins 6 ans d'expérience dans le(s) groupe(s)/fonction(s) de la famille d'emplois).

  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience avancée dans la gestion et la planification de projets.

  • 2+ projets de contrôle des coûts sur de grands projets clés en main

  • Planificateur principal sur plus de 2 projets clés en main

  • Connaissance approfondie de la planification et de l'utilisation de Primavera 6.

Caractéristiques souhaitées

  • Capacité à analyser et à résoudre les problèmes.

  • Capacité à documenter, planifier, commercialiser et exécuter des programmes.

  • Compétences établies en matière de gestion de projets EPC.

  • Connaissance de la fonction de contrôle des coûts dans le cadre de grands projets complexes clés en main.

  • Connaissance de l'analyse médico-légale dans le cadre de grands projets complexes clés en main.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensures project implementation as well as work packages and constraints are accurately integrated into project planning scenario.

  • Responsible for monitoring progress and producing accurate projections.

  • Ensures other functions have access to accurate current reports and projections and relevant reports are available for the customer.

  • Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development.

  • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.

  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

  • Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles.

  • Uses technical experience and analytical thinking.

  • Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

  • May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.

  • Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field.

  • Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

    Required Qualifications

    • Fluent in French and English (oral and written)

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

    • Minimum of 5 years of advanced experience in the Project Management & Project Planning.

    • 2+ projects providing cost controlling on large turnkey projects

    • Lead planner on 2+ turnkey projects

    • Deep domain knowledge of planning and use of Primavera 6

    Desired Characteristics

    • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

    • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

    • Established EPC project management skills.

    • Knowledge of cost control function on large complex turnkey projects

    • Knowledge of forensic analysis on large complex turnkey projects

    For Employees/Candidates applying to a Canadian-based position, the pay range for this position is between $104,900.00 - $154,900.00 CAD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.

    Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual incentive bonus.
