As a Reputation & Community Engagement Specialist, you'll manage community interactions on social media, oversee reviews, and collaborate across teams to enhance public reputation.
At Super.com, we’re on a mission to help people save more, earn more, and get more out of life. That goes for both our customers and our team.
For our employees, Super.com is more than just a workplace—it’s an opportunity to grow, make an impact, and unlock your full potential. We invest in learning, celebrate bold ideas, and create pathways for career growth.
We move fast, think big, and always put people first. Your career should be as rewarding as the work you do, and at Super.com, we’re here to make every day Super.
About this role
Join us as a Reputation & Community Engagement Specialist. You’ll own reputation and community management across Reddit, review platforms, social channels, and public forums, ensuring Super.com’s voice is consistent, authentic, and trusted wherever customers engage with us. Your work will be both reactive (responding to high-impact reviews and mentions quickly and effectively) and proactive (shaping narratives, building credibility assets, and creating outreach programs).
This is a hands-on role that blends community moderation, review management, and narrative control. You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Social Media, and Product teams, ensuring every public touchpoint reflects trust and transparency. You’ll be part of a mission-aligned team with specific goals and a strong focus on initiatives that carry high visibility across the company.
Your mission: turn every review, comment, and community thread into an opportunity to build trust and influence the conversation, making Super.com a brand that customers see as reliable, credible, and customer-first.
